Friend or Fowl?!

I saw a turkey today!

A real one, not one in Howling Fjord. And it was flying.

I see turkeys along the highways here quite often, actually, but usually they're just browsing in the mown grass along the shoulder. This one took off and flew across my path today.

I was confused at first - it was a really large bird, and flying, and dark with a naked head. At first I was thinking, that's a really fat vulture, and then I realized, oh, my God, turkeys can actually fly.

It wasn't particularly graceful, but something must have startled it for it to suddenly light out across the interstate like that.

That, or it knows about me having the Friend or Fowl achievement on three or four characters, and the turkeys have a hit out on me.
