Bleh

People who call themselves Christians and who are okay with the death penalty make me sad.  Why?

1. Thou shalt not kill,


2. Turn the other cheek, and


3. Love thy enemy.

The sum of which is pacifism.  Nonviolent civil disobedience I'm okay with - one should work to improve social situations and to remedy inequalities, but violence is not an acceptable course of action to me.
