I just converted the entirety of the main site from a frameset to SHTML. It took... quite some time. I consolidated the external CSS files at the same time, which added a bit of work, had to rework page layout a tiny bit so far as the positioning worked out, and pasted the address bar icon into all 116 pages. Yep, 116.
It's not perfect, but at least it's no longer a frameset.
